Freedom to move
What would you do if it didn’t hurt?
Sports. Gardening. Cycling. Skiing. Shopping. Walks. Your speedy recovery is our priority — and we look beyond the pain to find causes, triggers, and strategies that keep you well.
Our holistic approach aims for long-term wellness: not only pain-free, but stronger and more resilient.
Professionalism & safety
A sense of security
Osteopaths train for four to five years — similar to a medical degree, with deep focus on anatomy and musculoskeletal medicine, including over 1,000 hours of osteopathic technique. By law, every osteopath must register with the General Osteopathic Council.
The BMA guidance for GPs states that doctors can safely refer patients to osteopaths.
Patient voices
Helping you live a pain-free life
“Rob worked wonders on my knee. I was five days out from a ski trip wondering if my knee would manage it. Pain gone. Delighted!”
“Thank you! My mobility is so much better and no pain at all.”
Your appointment
What to expect
Fees vary by appointment type. Call reception on 01707 334902 or book online to see current pricing for new and returning patients.
Yes — after a full medical assessment and examination, treatment usually begins on the same visit unless further investigation is needed first.
It depends on your condition. Some people feel better after one or two sessions; longer-standing problems may need a short course of care. We always discuss a plan with you.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. You may be asked to undress to your underwear for examination; towels are provided for dignity.
Absolutely. You are welcome to bring someone with you to any appointment.
Techniques are tailored to you. Some soft-tissue work can feel tender, and you may feel mild soreness afterwards — similar to exercise — which usually settles within a day or two.
No referral is required. You can book directly. The BMA guidance states GPs can safely refer patients to osteopaths when appropriate.
